Problem

Now that you have learned about arrays, the Random Quotes project deserves a second look. How can you make the project more efficient using arrays?

Specific Requirements

  1. Write an algorithm before you begin programming. Your algorithm should discuss how an item will be chosen from your two arrays.
  2. Use an array to store the images and a second array to store the quotes.
  3. Use a constructor to populate the arrays.
  4. Select the random quote and picture using the random number as the index number of the array.
