ASSIGNMENTS: Change Images - December 19, 2017

Web Design I :: Projects :: Change Images

Rubric
Due: Dec 19

Problem

Create a web page with an image and a series of buttons to change the image using Javascript. View this website for a short example on how to use Javascript to do this. In addition to changing images, you should change something else using a similar method such as the background color.

Instructions

  1. Change at least one image using Javascript.
  2. Change at least one CSS property using Javascript.
  3. Create a page called color.html (all lowercase). In this file, explain your color choices and make sure you specify what color scheme you are using. You do not have to link to this file or design it at all.
  4. In your color.html page explain why you chose your fonts. Check out this page for an example of a good color.html file.
  5. Your site should use an external style sheet, and all styles should be in it unless there is a valid reason to use embedded or inline styles.
  6. Make sure you change the document title and add a page title to your page.
  7. Make sure your page is called index.html.
  8. Make sure none of your links are broken.
  9. Turn in your project online. Check this lesson for the information to do this. The host directory should be images.
